Orders and Payments

Changes or Cancellations:

Orders are processed quickly for customer convenience. Cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order has been processed for shipping. If you need assistance please contact me as soon as possible through the CONTACT ME page.

Payment Methods:

  • All major credit cards.

  • Secure online payment methods also available at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges:

Because each item is handmade, all sales are final.

Shipping

Processing: Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Tracking: Orders will include tracking information once shipped.

Delays: Once a package is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact me and I will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both packaging and damage so that I can help resolve the issue.

Returns and policies

Each piece is handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, and bead arrangement may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness of handmade work.

  • Because each piece is handmade, all sales are final.

  • Handmade jewelry must be handled with care. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered. I am happy to offer repair options whenever possible.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage so that I can help resolve the issue.

Jewelry Care and Materials

Care: Please review the Jewelry Care page for a full description of how best to care for your collection from The Amber Bird.

Materials: All items from The Amber Bird are created with a combination of baltic glass beads, polymer handmade beads, stainless steel, anodized aluminum and nickel free hardware.

  • Jewelry is made using sanitary process and most items are hypo-allergenic.

  • Individuals with strong metal sensitivities or allergies should be cautious about wearing items that produce adverse reactions.
